passive exercise machines are not a recent innovation. Invented by a physiotherapist
named Bernard M Stauffer for his polio stricken wife back in the 1930's.
Toning Tables allow clients to exercise muscles in a semi passive motion (CPM)
How it works
The machines work through repetitive isokinetic exercises to isolated muscle groups.
The slow continuous , smooth controlled movements of the tables improve mobility,
flexibility & localised blood and lymphatic circulation. It was noticed through regular use of the equipment muscles were gently toning & firming figures into shape helping to trim away inches.
Whilst the tables are contouring your new figure, the relaxing movement allieviates tension and generates a feeling of wellbeing!
Toning tables are excellent for Post Cardiac Patients, Hypertensives, Arthritics,
Back Sufferers and the previously Disenfranchised groups, who have now found a way of exercising that can be highly beneficial without causing complications.
Each session takes just over 1 hour
we have 9 beds and each bed takes 7 mins.
